Our journey began in 2013, when Marc, at just 23 years old, embarked on what would be a “simple vacation” to Thailand. This trip turned into an 8-year passion for its culture, its people, and, above all, its unparalleled cuisine.
It was in this magical place where Marc found not only a home but also Nan, his love and life partner, who today delights us as the main chef of Koh Phuket.
Inspired by the vibrant markets, colorful street food, and idyllic beaches of Phuket, we decided to bring a piece of this paradise to Spain.
